When Northamptonshire Police needed a creative partner for their Stand Up To Crime campaign, they came to us at Simply Thrilled. The goal was clear – produce two powerful films which would reduce burglary across Northampton and the wider Northamptonshire area, while equipping both the public and officers with practical prevention tools.
The first film was public-facing, aimed at householders in pilot areas like Weston Favell and Kingswood in Corby. We crafted a short, impactful video which showed how residents could use forensic property marking to protect their belongings. From storyboarding through to casting, location filming, and editing, we worked hand-in-hand with the client to make sure the message was clear: Secure it. Mark it. Record it. This was supported with stills photography for posters, leaflets, and social content, ensuring the video marketing campaign reached far beyond the screen.
The second film was a staff training video. This provided officers and staff with clear, authoritative guidance on how to check for forensic markings in custody suites and on the street.
