A tech rebrand built on family life, daily rituals and a boy called Luca…
Virgin Pure wanted to rebrand. A complete rename, a shift in positioning, and a new chapter under the banner Our Taap.
We helped them bottle that shift - not with dry product explainers, but with human-first, family-led storytelling. The project spanned multiple shoot days, a real home, real kids, real chaos, and a real birthday. (Luca turned 7 on set. We sang. He loved it. Yeah, there was cake!)
And the output? A campaign which flowed from deep brand values and landed with heart and messaging which was as crystal clear as the water itself.

So yeah, we knew from day one this wasn’t going to be “just another product video”. It was about showing how the product quietly fits into everyday life - and how real that life is. Not stock-photo shiny. Not showroom clean. But splashes, giggles, and toppled cereal bowls.
For Luca’s Story, we built a visual narrative around the everyday – school mornings, brushing teeth, tired nights - with Virgin Pure at the centre. The film captured the rhythm of a family home… with all the little rituals which build a bigger life.
For Water Your Way, we created a suite of modular edits for different audience types and platforms. These included lifestyle-led vignettes, tech-first explainers, and social cutdowns. We played with formats, voiceovers (UK and US), and even visual metaphors (think: toothbrushes as signposts of routine).
