Four ads, dozens of explainers and hundreds of photos for a car tech brand.
We brought home oodles of impact, polish, and practical effects. No green screens. Just camera rigs and actors willing to eat off a car bonnet!
Road Angel - makers of car care wizardry - wanted a suite of brand films which matched their precision-engineered products. Saying a hard NO to anything dry or corporate. They wanted something sleek, cinematic, and with just the right amount of “phwoar”.
They needed to capture attention online - with assets which could flex for social, website, and paid campaigns - and be edited and turned around fast.
Yep, we hit the accelerator.
With this idea, we’re not saying this fella’s car is his soulmate, but... he’s taking it out to dinner.
This ad’s a visual smorgasbord of pure silliness: a middle-aged bloke tucking into actual meals on different parts of his car, all gleaming thanks to Road Angel’s cleaning products.
It's daft. It’s distinctive. And you betta believe it’s memorable.
Then bam – your hero line in big bold type:
"So clean, you could eat your dinner off it."
Because nothing says 'trust this product' like boot-borne baked goods.
You’ve heard the saying. We wanted to show viewers it in action.
We had the idea to open on a montage of muddy, grimy, properly manky cars. Wheels caked. Bonnet splattered. Door handles you wouldn’t touch with a stick.
Then – thwack! One by one, the Road Angel cleaning products slam down on the bonnet like they're dropping the beat at a car wash rave. And suddenly… BAM. Everything’s sparkling. Like, sun-reflecting-off-the-metal blinding.

Your car… Your battlefield… Your time to shine.
This idea was all about sound design with a side of absurdity.
Bloke gets into his freshly cleaned car. Admiring the shine. Smelling the lemony freshness. Starts it up… and instead of an engine rumble, we get a high-pitched squeak. Like cartoon-level squeak.
He changes gear – more squeaking.
Turns a corner – squeak squeak.
Winds the window down – squeak-a-doodle-doo.
His entire drive sounds like a cartoon hamster orchestra.
It’s odd... It’s joyful... It’s sticky (in the brain, not the interior).
"Squeaky clean."
We wanted to keep it easy peasy for this one – rally shots of a bloke: him tearing round a muddy rally circuit like he’s in a car chase with the laws of physics.
Skids, puddles, flying dirt... total carnage.
He pulls back into the drive.
The car? Looks like it’s been dragged through the mud at Glasto!
But no probs, the guy sets to it with a Road Angel product…
Simple end line:
"Dirt track? We got your back!”
